Ajax Linked Select boxes

Place linked select boxes on to your page that dynamicaly load items from database using Ajax.
You can chain as many select boxes as you like.

This is the start of a series of little helper classes for saving time re-writing small stuff that
occure on a form again and again, like a select box filled with values from a db table and 1 of them is selected.

That same file contains and second class used from the linked select boxes class.
That one is a small class that adds select box, radio group,
checkbox group, created from a list of values.

New version supports radio groups instead of select boxes. Both select boxes and radio groups can be used together

Added in to the package a small updater class. Retrieves using ajax a database record and updates divs or text inputs with record values.

Finaly got the time to finish new version. Also made it little more compact and i hope easier to use.

18.May.2007. Added an extra parameter to add_select_box method for custom 'Please select' message per select box. Plus a minor change to generated javascript to bypass joomla template engine.

12.Dec.2006. Fixed IE bug. IE crashed when trying to clear select box.
15.Dec.2006. Fixed Safari bug. XML wasnt correctly parsed and select box was filled with options with value and text "undefined".
